Homeowner
From a leaky tap to a boiler install and system overhaul, N-PH is on hand to help. We at N-PH carry out a one stop shop where "no job is to small". We can advise on future projects that you may be considering and offer a free no obligation quote. We can also advise on other aspects of you plumbing and heating needs.

Landlord
From planned to reactive maintenance N-ph cover all your needs for your properties and your tenant's. With several links with letting agents we understand the importance of happy tenants. We are on call to deal with any problems that should arise. We also carry out landlord gas safety checks which have to be routinely done annually. We also send out a reminder when there is less than 30 days remaining on the certificate.

Architect
From a small extension to a complete new build project N-ph have the experience to manage this from start to finish. This can be from helping with the design of the plumbing to detailed schematics. We have experience with working on new build projects with budgets exceeding 2m.
